You can also make this dairy-free by using coconut milk. Another option is to use only almond milk for an extra low calorie creamer. keep in mind, you'll lose the rich creamy taste that half-n-half brings. If your feeling really decadent, use only heavy cream in substitution of the half-n-half. 1 C. Half-n-half
3 TB. 100% Pumpkin Puree *Do not use pumpkin pie filling
1 1/2 ts Pumpkin Spice Stevia
1/4 ts. *Pumpkin Pie Spices (see my homemade pumpkin pie spices recipe) *these spices aren't needed as the stevia is very flavorful. However, I like the look of the tiny specs of spice in my creamer
