Simply return the empty and unused portion of your Stevia Select product order within 30 days of receiving your items for a full refund of the product price.

How to get a refund or initiate an exchange :

1. Contact our support team at info@steviaselect.com and let them know you will be shipping the item back (buyer is responsible for return shipping fees).

2. Send your unused product to our return address of: Stevia Select, E. Valley Parkway, #140, Escondido, CA.92027

 If you received a damaged product, email us an image of the item and we will refund your money or send a replacement.

If you found the product unsatisfactory, we are sorry that it didn’t meet your expectations. Sometimes issues like this can be resolved with tips on the best way to use the product. This is why we ask you to email us with details of what you received, how you used it, and amounts used. If you still want to receive a refund, you will ship item back to Stevia Select. As soon as item is received back in our warehouse, you will receive a full refund or a replacement sent out of same/lesser value (this decision is based on customers’ wishes as communicated during initial conversation).

All charges are fully refundable (less shipping and handling fees).Any rewards earned to your "My Rewards" account, will be deducted accordingly from said account.
