Low Carb Keto Mock Apple Cheesecake Bars
Crumble Crust & Topping
3 oz melted butter
4 smidgen scoops salt
1/2 ts cinnamon
2 TB powdered erythritol
2 TB whey protein
3/4 c almond flour
1/4 c lupin flour
1 TB Ground flax
Spray an 8 x 8 glass dish and sprinkle one cup of the crust into the bottom and pressed firmly. Set aside remaining crest for the crumble topping. (You will add more ingredients to the topping)
Make the cream cheese filling.
Cream Cheese Layer Ingredients:
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 TB fresh squeezed lemon juice
5 smidgen scoops Stevia Select
1 TB powdered erythritol
Beat well until there are no lumps
and spread over unbaked Crust.
Now spread 1 1/4 C. Mock Cinnamon Apples (already made)
Now add the following to the remaining
crumble topping that was set aside:
1/4 C Chopped pecans
1 /2 ts cinnamon
1/2 TB erythritol
Spread crumble over existing cookies.
Bake 350 for 20 min. Turn off the oven
but leave in additional 10 min. Cook for
a total of 30 min before cutting.
