Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Waffles - Grain Free, Sugar Free & Keto Friendly
A great Fall breakfast that will satisfy all your pumpkin cravings. This single serving size is perfect for the Keto diet but triple it to feed the whole family.
Yields 1 Lg. Waffle or 3 mini waffles.
Ingredients:
1 1/5 TB Coconut Flour
1 Lg. Egg
1 TB Pumpkin Purée
1 TB. Butter *melted
1/2 TB. Cocoa Powder
1/4 ts Baking Soda
1/4 ts. Pumpkin Pie Seasoning *Find our recipe here.
25 Drops Pumpkin Spice Stevia
Dash salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a Bullet Blender or with an electric hand mixer. Stir till smooth. Cook in waffle maker. Top with your favorite sugar-free syrup.
