Gail ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Delish. I use this in my coffee, mixed with pineapple or some other for a colada. I only use a few drops to a cup. It is strong and if you use too much you end up bitter so take it ez and taste after a few drops. I have not baked with it though but between this and coconut milk I chose this.
Annalise ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Delicious subtle sweetness & not bitter ! :-) Absolutely delicious! The smell and taste is divine. I think it’s better tasting than Sweet Leaf. It’s NOT bitter like other brands (see above). I add a few drops to my morning coffee, plain seltzer water or to coconut water for a sweeter, more coconuttier taste!
