Keto Sugar-Free Extra Dark Chocolate Coconut Bark
This Keto Candy Recipe could double as a fat bomb since it’s filled with healthy fats from nuts, real butter, and organic coconut oil.
Dark chocolate is already bold but this extra dark is not for the faint of heart. However, we think every dark chocolate lover will enjoy this sugar free Chocolate & Coconut Bark.
The texture is really something you can sink your teeth into. Whole toasted almonds crunch back and crisp coconut flakes will dance in your mouth. Lightly toasting the nuts and coconut isn’t necessary but it will greatly alter the final taste.
2 oz. Bakers 100% Cocoa
80 grams cocoa butter
2 TB butter
2 TB coconut oil
1 TB. almond butter
1 TB. raw cacoa or cocoa powder
1 TB. powder erythritol
6 Smidgen scoops pure stevia
½ ts. Vanilla Stevia
¼ ts. salt
1 C. Lg. coconut flakes toasted
2 C. whole Almonds toasted
1. In a small saucepan, melt the cocoa
squares, cocoa butter, cocoa powder,
erythritol, salt, and almond butter.
After melting is done, turn off heat.
3. Toast almonds and coconut flakes.
Pour the chocolate over them.
4. Place a piece of parchment paper over
a cookie sheet and spread mixture thinly.
5. Refrigerate/freeze to set.
6. Break into pieces and store in
refrigerator or freezer.
