4-5 C. fresh sliced peaches (peeled). The thicker the slices, the firmer your baked crips will be. If you like very soft fruit, slice thin or bake an extra 5 min.
Place sliced peaches in a shallow dish for baking (approx. 5×7)
CRISP TOPPING RECIPE:3/4 C. Coconut Sugar
1 1/2 C. Steel cut Oats (quick oats wont be as crunchy but may be substituted)
1 ts. Cinnamon
1/4 ts. nutmeg (optional)
2 smidgen scoops Stevia Select stevia powder
1/2 cube butter (can subsitute 1/3 C. coconut oil)
**Note: Combine spices with stevia and mix well. This will eliminate any super sweet spots that can be created if stevia is not mixed well.
Bake at 350° for 20 min. Cool for 10 minutes and serve while warm.
